# Here Am I > A roll-call for the recurring jobs you would rather not do, drawn as shabti figures - the small figures placed in ancient Egyptian tombs to answer "Here am I" and do their owner's work. https://here-am-i.skillsafe.ai/ ## What it does - You list up to ten jobs that keep coming round, with how often (every day, every weekday, 3 times a week, once a week, every 2 weeks, once a month, 4 times a year), minutes each time, and optionally a role you already chose. - Free, in the browser: hours a year per job (times a year x minutes, rounded to a whole hour, never below 1), the total, and a picture of one figure per job on a painted tomb wall beside a shabti box, with the workers and overseers those call-ups would need (one worker per call-up up to 365, one overseer per ten workers). - One metered run (task `call-the-shabtis`, model gpt-terra): every job gets a role - keep, hand off to a helper, automate with a setting or standing order, or let go - and one first move; roles you set are never changed. It reads the whole roll (every job kept, no job kept, half or more of the hours freed, or most hours kept) and writes the overseer's order naming the job with the most hours among those that leave you. The page re-checks the reply against your rows. - After a roll-call: copy the first moves as a checklist, tick each job off as done (kept with a saved roll), and set the roles the run chose into your rows so the next call keeps them. - Exports: Markdown, CSV, JSON, SVG and PNG of the picture. Saved rolls go to your SkillSafe account when you sign in and press save. ## Method Roles follow three kinds of work: Building (progress on your own aims) and Recovery (rest, play, people) stay with you; Maintenance goes to a machine when it repeats the same steps on paper or a screen, to a helper otherwise, and stops when nobody needs its result. A bill is only ever automated or kept. ## API - https://here-am-i.skillsafe.ai/api.html - the task field, the input and reply contract, worked examples for every reading, eight languages. ## Sources and credits - Built on the SkillSafe skill @hexbee/deep-productivity (Building, Maintenance and Recovery work): https://skillsafe.ai/skill/@hexbee/deep-productivity - The shabti figures and their "Here am I" come from the spell for shabtis in the ancient Egyptian Book of the Dead. - A playful planning tool, not financial, legal or professional advice.
